At TeTu Social, your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have over it. TeTu Social is an AI-powered social media marketing platform that connects to your social accounts and generates content on your behalf — so we take data handling seriously.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, connect social platforms, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, payment information, and any product context, campaign content, or social media credentials you add to TeTu Social. We also automatically collect usage data when you interact with the platform — including log data, device information, IP addresses, browser type, and feature usage patterns. This helps us improve the product and deliver a better experience.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve TeTu Social • Generate AI-powered content based on your product context • Process payments and manage your subscription • Send transactional emails (post approvals, campaign alerts, billing receipts) • Respond to support requests and questions • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse We may send you product updates and marketing communications — you can opt out at any time from your account settings.
When you connect a social platform (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, or TikTok), we store OAuth access tokens on your behalf to publish content you approve. We never store your social media passwords. All connections use OAuth 2.0 with the minimum required scopes. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your product's Social Config settings, which immediately revokes our access.
Your product context — including target audience, pain points, value propositions, brand voice, and campaign details — is used as input to our AI content generation system. This data is processed to generate posts, campaigns, and templates on your behalf. We do not use your product context or generated content to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Your content is yours.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: • Infrastructure and cloud providers necessary to operate the platform (under strict data processing agreements) • Payment processors (Stripe) to handle billing — we never store full card details • Analytics providers to understand aggregate usage patterns (data is anonymised) • Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law We will notify you of any material changes to our data sharing practices.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit • AES-256 encryption for data at rest • Encrypted vaults for OAuth tokens and API keys • Role-based access controls within your workspace • Regular penetration testing and vulnerability scanning • SOC 2 compliant infrastructure No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting thetetusocial@gmail.com.

TeTu Social is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by posting a notice in the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of TeTu Social after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
