Security isn't an afterthought at TeTu Social — it's built into every layer of our platform.
All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Your content, credentials, and account data are never stored in plaintext.
We never store your social media passwords. All platform connections use OAuth 2.0 tokens with the minimum required scopes.
API keys and access tokens are stored in encrypted vaults with strict access controls. Secrets are never logged or exposed in responses.
Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 compliant cloud providers with network isolation, private subnets, and automated vulnerability scanning.
Workspace members can be assigned granular roles. Admins control who can view, edit, approve, or publish content.
Every action in your workspace is logged — who approved a post, who connected a platform, who changed settings. Full traceability.
We take security reports seriously. If you discover a vulnerability in TeTu Social, please report it to us privately before disclosing it publicly. We commit to acknowledging your report within 48 hours and resolving critical issues within 7 days.
