Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of TeTu Social — an AI-powered social media marketing platform. By using TeTu Social, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you're using TeTu Social on behalf of a company or organisation, these terms bind that entity.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeTu Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free trial users, paid subscribers, workspace members, and anyone accessing TeTu Social on behalf of an organisation.

Description of Service

TeTu Social is an AI-powered social media marketing platform. It allows you to: • Define product context (audience, pain points, value propositions, brand voice) • Generate AI-drafted social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok • Review, edit, approve, and schedule content through an approval workflow • Run automated campaigns with configurable posting schedules • Track competitor content strategies and engagement • Collaborate with team members across workspaces We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

To use TeTu Social, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts created on behalf of an organisation bind that organisation to these terms.

Workspaces and Team Access

TeTu Social uses a workspace model. Each workspace can contain multiple products, campaigns, and team members. Workspace owners are responsible for: • Managing member roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer) • Ensuring members comply with these Terms • All content published from the workspace Role-based access controls are available to limit what each member can view, edit, approve, or publish.

Social Platform Connections

When you connect a social media account, you authorise TeTu Social to publish content on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. By connecting a platform, you confirm that: • You have the right to publish content to that account • You will only publish content that complies with the platform's own terms of service • You are responsible for all content published through TeTu Social to your accounts You can disconnect any platform at any time. Disconnecting revokes our publishing access immediately.

AI-Generated Content and Approval

TeTu Social generates content drafts using AI based on the product context you provide. All AI-generated content goes through your approval queue before publishing — nothing is posted without your explicit approval unless you enable auto-posting. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. TeTu Social does not endorse or take responsibility for content you choose to publish. You must ensure all published content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TeTu Social to: • Generate or publish spam, misleading content, or disinformation • Violate any third-party platform's terms of service • Infringe intellectual property rights • Harass, defame, or harm any individual or group • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform • Use the service for any unlawful purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The TeTu Social platform — including its design, codebase, AI systems, and features — is owned by TeTu Social and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you generate using TeTu Social is owned by you, subject to the limitations of the underlying AI models and the terms of the social platforms you publish to. You grant TeTu Social a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the TeTu Social platform without explicit written permission.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. Free trials are available for 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Overdue accounts may be suspended until payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeTu Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. TeTu Social is not responsible for the actions of third-party social platforms, changes to their APIs, or content moderation decisions made by those platforms.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
